BASIC YOGA

Basic Yoga is ideal for all ages!  In this class you will learn basic poses and breathing techniques.  We will go at a gentle pace with emphasis on alignment instruction.  Please bring a yoga mat, blocks and strap to class.  Classes are taught by a registered instructor from Fitness RX.
A minimum of 5 students is needed to run the class.
