Mommy & Me Fitness

Our Mommy & Me classes are designed to allow moms to get a great workout while still spending time with their kid(s).  From push ups, planks to squats and much more, we have a great time conditioning our bodies while working out beside our little ones.  Working out beside your child is a great way to teach the importance of a healthy lifestyle and self confidence.  Exercises are done at your own pace and are age appropriate.  Please bring a yoga mat to class.
