Kids' Yoga is a playful mix of movement, imagination, and calm-down time designed just for growing bodies and busy minds! Through creative poses, games, music, stories, and breathing exercises, kids stretch, strengthen, and learn simple tools to relax and focus. Classes are upbeat and non-competitive - think animal poses, silly stretches, and moments of mindfulness that help kids feel confident, balanced, and strong inside and out.
